LanguageOne Kuala Lumpur offers Dutch language and cultural education for Dutch-speaking children aged 4 to 18.

LanguageOne Kuala Lumpur, in collaboration with Mont’Kiara International School, offers Dutch language and cultural education.

The curriculum is thematic and based on the International Baccalaureate (IB). Students work in units on language and cultural tasks that connect to their everyday experiences.

Students follow an average of three hours per week of Dutch language and cultural education in addition to their regular school curriculum. The lessons are either integrated into the school’s curriculum or offered after school.

Your child can start at LanguageOne at any time. An exception to this is the examination year. You can make an appointment with the location manager for an introductory meeting. During this conversation, we will first determine which group your child will be placed in. The start date of the lessons will then be agreed in consultation with the site manager and/or your child’s teacher. For families with three or more children, a 20% discount applies to the tuition fees for the third and each additional enrolled child.

It’s possible to schedule a trial lesson for your child. You can easily request one yourself. The location manager will then contact you to schedule an appointment.

No, we don’t offer private lessons, but we’re happy to help you find the best solution for your child. We offer personalized instruction in small classes. Private lessons are available through LanguageOne Online.

In addition to language lessons, we also place strong emphasis on Dutch and Flemish culture at our locations. We do this through familiar activities and celebrations, such as King’s Day, Children’s Book Week, and Sinterklaas. This way, children experience the language not only in lessons, but also in a meaningful and festive context.
